Refund Policy
All products at Aura.24.78 are carefully inspected and verified before shipment to ensure the highest quality standards.
We accept claims in the following cases:
Product arrived damaged
You received the wrong product
Product was not delivered
Claim period: 30 days from the delivery date.
How to submit a claim:
Contact us at rozijednorog2007@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. After review, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Physical return of the product is not required.
Please note: We are unable to accept claims due to change of mind or incorrect address entered by the customer.
For packages marked as delivered, please contact your local post office before submitting a claim.
